Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the preparation of quotations in line with the formal and substantive requirements requested by the customer, in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain departments, while respecting established timelines and company procedures.
- Preparing the technical documentation necessary for drafting proposals, in compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.
- Providing adequate support to Sales and Engineering teams for understanding and evaluating cost estimation methods and approaches.
- Managing qualification and pre-qualification activities for tenders and supplier register enrollment, as well as subsequent maintenance.
- Conducting preliminary administrative and contractual analysis of specifications related to requests for proposals, in coordination with relevant company functions.
- Collecting, verifying, consolidating, drafting, and managing documentation required for proposal preparation.
- Supporting commercial reporting.
- Assisting in managing the commercial sales network (agents).
- Handling operational activities (job order openings).
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing contracts received from customers and performing an initial review in accordance with company policies.
- Validating and assessing risks and mitigation measures in coordination with the Sales department.
- Independently managing projects, coordinating the various functions involved to ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and quality, while interfacing with international clients.
- Coordinating activities to define project setup and preparing all documentation related to project management in accordance with company procedures.
- Managing communication with the client and handling document flow both externally and internally.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering.
- Proficiency in English and preferably another language (Spanish, French, or German).
- Ability to understand contractual documents and technical specifications, including those in foreign languages.
- Problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and adaptability to change.
- Availability for short national and international business trips.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment, particularly transformers, is preferred.

The role involves detailed engineering (calculations) aimed at technical and economic optimization.
Requirements:
- Diploma as Electrotechnical Technician or preferably a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Aptitude for mathematical calculations and project optimization
- Ability to work in a team (within engineering and with other corporate functions)
- Good knowledge of the English language

Main responsibilities:
- Draft and update company instructions/procedures related to facility management
- Prepare and support customer audits and ISO 9001-14001-45001 certification activities
- Participate in periodic coordination meetings
- Manage relationships with plant managers, supporting them and providing regular reports on the progress of facility-related activities
- Manage the correct use and development of the company’s facility management software, ensuring proper usage by all users
- Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers for on-site inspections
- Collect and analyze quotations related to facility activities and oversee execution through to completion
- Enter purchase requests (RDA) into the company management system
- Carry out periodic inspection visits at all assigned sites to verify contract execution and the general maintenance status of buildings and systems, preparing the related inspection or internal audit reports
Required qualifications:
- Technical diploma/degree
- Previous operational and/or managerial experience in maintenance
- Excellent computer skills, mainly Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Skills in supervising maintenance and facility services, basic knowledge of industrial systems with particular focus on the metalworking sector, knowledge of industrial safety procedures, and ability to manage emergencies
- Work experience with oil-filled transformers (or in the electromechanical sector more generally) is considered a plus

Main responsibilities:
- Perform on-site activities on transformers with a particular focus on planning and defining work programs, considering customer requirements and priorities
- Install and assemble transformer accessories, apply vacuum, and carry out oil filling and treatment
- Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of the active part and, in general, all services provided by Tamini on transformers
- Conduct electrical testing and commissioning activities on-site, and interpret test and oil analysis results
- Coordinate both internal and external resources as well as the necessary equipment (cranes, tanks, platforms, treatment systems, etc.) to ensure activities are completed on schedule and within budget
- Prepare reports on site activities, including routine inspections and the preparation of descriptive and photographic documentation for all site tasks, including non-conformity reports and corrective actions taken
- Work closely with the customer on site-related issues, ensuring that all on-site work is carried out in accordance with Tamini and customer safety requirements
- Maintain and perform frequent checks to ensure that PPE is always used by all personnel on-site and under Tamini’s responsibility
- Act according to safety and integrity principles, taking responsibility for one’s actions while looking after colleagues and the company
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma with a technical focus
- Experience in the transformer field is a plus
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad, approximately 70–80%
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good/excellent level of English to interact with customers and local teams
- Proven ability to develop solutions to technical problems
